Adult Outpatient Services

Provides individual therapy services, family therapy services, group therapy services and couples counseling. Psychiatric evaluation, to include medication consultation and ongoing medication management services are available.

Children & Youth Outpatient Services

Provides on-site treatment services that promote recovery, resilience and wellness to all children, adolescents and their families who are experiencing mental health or behavioral difficulties.

Day Programs

Offers three community integrated recovery centers (CIRC) that provide recovery oriented site-based and community based psychiatric rehabilitation programming in conjunction with outpatient mental health treatment.

Early Intervention Program

Provides Early Intervention (EI) services through a contract with Elwyn for children ages 3 to 5.

Residential Programs

Provides residential services to Adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual disabilities.

Blended Case Management

Connecting people to services and resources through a therapeutic process which builds trust and reliance on the participants themselves. Case Managers identify resources, provide tangible and intangible supports and assist on obtaining those services.

Senior Center

Provides the highest quality of life for all members through a balance of socialization, recreational, educational, health promotional, and social service programs. Our program places much emphasis on improving the overall health and well-being of each member.
